Her class is focused on strength and everyday awareness to gain a strong core and prevent falling into bad habits. The sequence works on the entire body, including the joints and muscles. It also helps more complex and deeper structures such as the digestive and nervous systems. It can really help to improve your health and fitness!

Vivianne's students include famous artists, athletes and judges but most importantly a broad cross section of working people and children. She is qualified and experienced for pre and post-natal pregnancies. Finally she has the full qualifications to teach Pilates to all generations with learning difficulties and disabilities.
